Doula support for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum
What To Expect
Prenatal Support
Prenatal visits are a space for preparation, education, and emotional grounding as you move toward birth. These visits are completely tailored to you—some families want a lot of guidance and hands-on preparation, and others just want a calm space to talk things through. I follow your lead and meet you where you are.
We may spend time talking through your birth preferences, practicing comfort techniques, preparing for different birth scenarios, and answering any questions that come up along the way.
We also talk about how you're feeling emotionally—your hopes, your fears, and anything else that’s on your mind. Pregnancy can bring up a lot, and you don’t have to carry it alone.
My intention is for you to feel informed, supported, and steady as you move toward birth—not just practically prepared, but emotionally and mentally held as well.
Labor & Birth Support
I offer continuous labor support with a calm presence, reassurance, and hands-on care throughout your birth experience.
This can look like helping you get comfortable, suggesting positions or movements, offering comfort measures like counter pressure or breathing support, and helping you and your partner feel more confident in what’s unfolding. It can also simply be quiet presence in the background when that’s what you need.
I follow your lead and the rhythm of your birth. Every labor looks different, and my role is to support you in the way that feels most helpful to you in that moment—not to direct or rush your experience, but to help you feel safe, grounded, and supported as things unfold.
My goal is for you to feel like you are not doing this alone.
Postpartum Support
Postpartum visits are a space for care, rest, and real-life support as you adjust to life with your baby. This season can feel tender and overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Support might look like holding your baby so you can shower, rest, or eat a meal while it’s still warm. It might be talking through feeding, sleep, recovery, or emotions that come up in those early days. It can also include light household help, reassurance, or simply having someone there who understands what this transition feels like.
Just like with prenatal care, this support is flexible. Some families want a lot of hands-on help, others just want emotional support and guidance—I follow your lead and adjust to what you need most.
My intention is to help you feel cared for, supported, and a little more settled as you recover and grow into this new chapter.
Working together is centered on trust, comfort, and your individual needs. I am here to support—not to direct or decide for you—but to help you feel informed, grounded, and confident in your choices.
My approach is calm, nonjudgmental, and responsive to what you need in each moment. You are always at the center of your care.
I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, supportive doula care. To help make that possible, I offer a sliding scale pricing model that allows families to choose an investment level that best reflects their current financial circumstances.
This system is built on trust and community care. There is no application process, and I will never ask for proof of income or financial documentation. Instead, I invite you to honestly consider your household budget, available resources, and overall financial flexibility when selecting your rate.
By choosing a price that feels both manageable for your family and fair to the value of this work, you help make it possible for me to continue serving families across a variety of financial situations. Thank you for approaching this process with thoughtfulness, integrity, and a shared commitment to accessible support for our community.
All packages, regardless of the pricing tier selected, are eligible for a payment plan. Payments may be spread out throughout your pregnancy to help make doula support more accessible and manageable for your family. Unless otherwise agreed upon between the client and doula, all balances must be paid in full by 38 weeks gestation.
All clients receive the same level of care, support, and attention regardless of the rate selected. This model is based on trust and community care, and I ask that you choose the tier that most honestly reflects your current financial circumstances.
